Warranty
At Cycles, Sleds & Saws, we stand behind the products we sell. If you buy something from our store and have a problem with it we want to know. We do our service work in-house. If you have questions about what went wrong, the mechanic who works on your equipment is right here.
We do not do warranty repairs on products bought elsewhere. Even if it is a brand we sell, you must return it to the place of purchase. This is necessary if you want that product repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are happy to offer repair and service on all makes and models of powersports or lawn & garden equipment. However, we will not send the bill to the manufacturer.

Service and Repair
From the day we opened, Cycles, Sleds & Saws has had a first-in/first-out policy on repair and service work. This policy is to guarantee all get equal and fair treatment. We know this can be frustrating during our busiest times when our mechanics can be six to eight weeks out. To aid with that, we offer a call-when-close option. Call or come in to let us know the make and model of your equipment. Tell us the diagnostic, repair, or service work you want done. We will call you when your service order comes near the top of the pile. That way you can continue to work or play with your equipment while you wait.
Exceptions that go directly to the front of the line include warranty/guarantee on products recently sold and repairs recently made.

Treatment of employees
Although we love our customers and greatly appreciate their business, we have zero tolerance for abuse of our employees. Do not yell at, swear at, or in any other way be unkind to any employee. If you do so, you will be asked to leave. If you violate this policy three times, you will be banned from the premises permanently.
You will receive a letter for each occurrence to give you a chance to defend your behavior.
If you feel the employee was rude or out-of-bounds please talk to Rick or Theresa. The same goes if you feel the need to yell at someone.
Give a piece of your mind to the owners – give peace and kindness to the employees.
Our Mechanics
Many of our mechanics rely on commissions for their livelihoods. Please be respectful of their time. If you need to speak with one of them, please keep your conversation brief and focused. This allows them to continue providing excellent service to all our customers. It also ensures they get paid appropriately for the time they are here.
Always remember to check in at the front counter before entering the service area. We understand that some of you know the mechanics personally. We still need you to check in. This policy is in place for your safety and to help our team concentrate on their work. It’s a small step that helps us ensure a good experience for everyone. That, and it keeps our insurance company satisfied. Thank you for your understanding!

Restricted Areas
We ask that customers refrain from entering the equipment storage area or field without one of us with you. Please check in at the front counter before picking up or dropping off your equipment.
We understand that finding the right parts can be a challenge. To help our customers we have the largest powersports and lawn & garden junk yard in the area. To keep you safe and protect customer owned machines, one of our mechanics will remove these parts for you.
We repeat: Do not remove any part of any machine without express permission. Thank you for your understanding!

Special Orders
All special orders need a payment of 50% before we put in the order. Special order down payments over $100.00 need to be payed in-store—no phone payments, sorry! No returns on special orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
